Staging your home with 1st Impression can be as simple as de-cluttering your rooms, rearranging furniture to enhance a feature, re-mixes of your old treasures to a change in layout that tie it all together. Individual property needs vary. Some homes requiring only a few minor changes, such as plants and updated accessories; other homes might require minor investments in landscaping, painting, wallpapering, updated fixtures, furnishings and accessories. These changes can result in a selling price that the homeowner could have only imagined.

Maximizing the space and neutralizing the furnishing style, while still creating an inviting atmosphere, will make it easier for the future homeowner to see themselves living in your home.

Staging Statistics . . . Staging helps to ensure the highest return on your investment. Statistics suggest staging can speed up the sales cycle and increase the sales price from 2-10%.

Rates . . . The on site consultation fee is $150 for a home 2,000 square feet or less and $250 for a home up to 4,000 square feet and includes a written evaluation. The report will outline room by room recommendations to enhance your home. Suggestions may include color selections for various areas, small to medium furniture re-arrangement, and other interior and exterior improvements.

After a review of the report and a summary of the recommendations, 1st Impressions can provide any or all of the enhancements. We will give you an estimate of cost and time line of implementation.
